Hot Tub Warranty Terms And Conditions.


Seaside Hot Tubs supply a comprehensive warranty on new and used hot tubs from the date of placement in your property.

The warranty is offered on the basis that:-

  • The hot tub is connected to a certified, suitable  electrical supply by a qualified electrician.
  • The Hot Tub is used in accordance with reasonable and sensible use. 
  • Upon inspection, if we deem that misuse of the tub has occurred and there is evidence to confirm this, we may refuse the warranty claim and /or charge for engineering time.

New Hot Tubs

Are supplied with a 12 months parts  warranty from the date of placement. This covers the hot tub for sudden mechanical failure. All electrical and mechanical components are covered.

What Is covered:- Pumps, spa packs, circuit boards, topside control panels,  bluetooth units, lighting.  We reserve the right to reject warranty claims where we believe willful damage neglect or abuse of the tub may have occurred.

What is not covered:- Cabinet panels, covers, cover lifters, steps, acrylic shell cracks or blemishes, any components above the waterline – eg, headrests/pillows, filter gates/housings where chlorine bleaching may occur

How to make a claim – New Hot Tubs

Notify us of the issue as soon as is reasonably possible. 

  • Photos and/or  video will be requested along with a copy of the invoice confirming the  electrical connection made by a qualified electrician.
  • Supply us with your hot tub serial number ( located on a metal plate around the base of the tub or inside the tub under the control panel)
  • Upon Receipt of this documentation, we will make an assessment of the issue and
    advise accordingly. We will endeavour to repair the tub as soon as is reasonably possible (please see below)

a) If you are located within 60 miles of YO12 5NH, we will send a local engineer to inspect and repair the tub back to working condition. We will endeavour to do this within 5 working days of the problem being reported however this may take longer due to workload and seasonality.

b. If you are located >60 Miles of YO12, we will ask you to seek the service of a local hot tub repair company to inspect and advise of the problem and the cost to rectify. We will require a written quote from the repairer. Once we have authorised the repair, we will ask the hot tub repairer to invoice us for the work carried out. We reserve the right to request multiple quotes for the repair if we deem necessary.

All warranty claims will be subject to an upfront £90 call out fee.

Used Hot Tubs

Are supplied with a 30 days parts warranty from the date of placement. This covers the hot tub for sudden mechanical failure. 

What is covered under the warranty

Pumps, electrical control packs, topside control panels for sudden mechanical and sudden electrical failure. Where a listed component fails due to normal wear and tear, an allowance may be offered against a failed component.

What is not covered under warranty

Shell cracks, water leaks, any Audio visual equipment ( eg speakers,tvs, Bluetooth), lighting. Covers, cover lifters, steps, cabinet panelling , air or water divert valves, water or air jets, headrests, drain valves, steps, any components above the waterline – eg, headrests/pillows, filter gates/housings where chlorine bleaching may occur.

All warranty claims will be subject to an upfront £90 call out fee.
